Description:

Our Federal Probation Programs provide urinalysis and drug counseling for persons on federal probation. Program criteria is based on early detection of a client’s return to drug or alcohol use and provides clients with counseling to identify any possible crisis that could lead to return drug use and/or criminal activity. FPP maintains a zero tolerance to both alcohol consumption and illegal drug use while on the After Care Program. U.A. testing criteria is accomplished in four, four-month phases: Phase 1 is six to two tests per month, Phase 2 is  four to five tests per month, and Phase 3 is two to three times per month. Our program counseling varies from one 30-minute session per month to four 30-minute sessions per month, as determined by each client’s USPO and based on the client’s risk factors or behavior.
