The holidays are approaching and for many Americans that means adding unwanted pounds to their waistlines. From the office holiday party to Aunt Margaret's famous eggnog, it can be a challenge to not indulge in things you only get once a year. However, there are things that you can do to stay well and still have fun.

This month's Wellness topic is about getting the most out of life. Renee Sievert, our MHS Training and Leadership Consultant shares 10 Principals of Resilience with us. These principals were recently published in her chapter of the book Discover Your Inner Strengths. After reading the Wellness Blast we hope you will share your thoughts and stories. Each person who responds to one or both of the questions below will be entered into a drawing to win a copy of the book Discover Your Inner Strengths.
